Events and Compatibility Quizzes

By purchasing a ticket or participating in our compatibility quizzes, you acknowledge and agree to our terms of use. If you have concerns about any of the terms or risk allocations, please refrain from purchasing tickets or using the quiz features.

Quiz Participation: By completing our quizzes, you agree to provide honest information. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your responses to organize events, suggest matches, and perform business analysis. You acknowledge that your responses may be linked to your name and identity to help us group members with similar traits and improve our audience segmentation.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we use quiz data to help with compatibility, the Company makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy or scientific validity of any quiz results, member groupings, or romantic success resulting from such matches.

Tickets: Your ticket is a revocable permission to attend our events. We reserve the right to revoke this permission at any time, without prior notice. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Photography: By attending our event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Your image or likeness may be used in our promotional materials without additional compensation. You may opt out by informing a staff member at the event.

Liability at Events: Singles Bay Area is not responsible for any personal injuries or losses that occur at the venue. We have a strict no-tolerance policy for drugs and inappropriate behavior.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver
