Refund and Returns Policy

All sales are final. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we offer a limited refund policy for events:

Event Refunds:

  • Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the event start time.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the event start time, no-shows, or late cancellations.

Exceptions:

In rare cases, we may offer partial or full refunds due to unforeseen circumstances, such as event cancellations or significant changes. In such cases, we will notify attendees via email and provide instructions for refunds or credits.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please contact us directly via our email singlesbayareaevents@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and reason for the refund request.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take several business days to process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

No Refunds for:

  • Please note that all ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued due to personal reasons, such as not meeting a potential partner or not enjoying the event.
  • No-shows: If you do not attend the event, no refund will be provided.
  • Gender Imbalance: In the event of a significant gender imbalance, we will make every effort to rectify the situation, but refunds will not be issued.
